More Deleted Scenes added (hugely improved HD quality, shhh...)

Less cut (only bad dialogue and stupity cut)

New arragement (Opening with Kamino, etc.)

Lots of new music from Clone Wars, The Old Republic, etc.

I don't believe that the fireplace-scene can be saved with any editing. It's horrible in every way and the worst scene in AOtC, maybe in the whole PT. I squirm in shared sense of shame every time I see it.

I think that thing is just best cutted. AOTC is the longest of the films and if you are incorporating deleted scenes you still have plenty of running time. Also the info in that scene is somewhat communicated in other scenes so it's not irreplaceable.
