Most of us have, yes.
"The programmers of www.StarWars.com put up a temporary webpage with mocking the "Godzilla" campaign with a poster lettered with the green glow reading "Plot Does Matter - May 1999", in reference to Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace."
This made me laugh out loud.
Keep Circulating the Tapes.

Pizza roll jokes aside, those reviews are spot on in my opinion.
“Grow up. These are my Disney's movies, not yours.”

A friend of my brother from high school showed me them recently. I had recently seen Episode 1 in 3D so they were fresh in my mind(I just found the movie boring). The reviews are excellent.

In all fairness, TPM has a deeper plot than a monster movie. It's true.
^Nope.
Star Wars and deep don't exactly go together. What do you think this is? 2001?
Well, a more intricate plot, then. Trade disputes!

I tried, but the guy's voice was too annoying to stand, so I gave up.
There wouldn't happen to be any transcripts out there somewhere, though, to read by any chance?
I was nervous and taken aback at the voice at first too, but its actually not that monotone. and now, I cant imagine the reviews with any other voice (crap ..i think i said this before)
he is at his best in the part III of the episode III reviews. this is where he completely discredits 2 apologist talking points regarding lucas:
-he's a good storyteller
-he's a 'visual' type of filmmaker
knowledgable movie fans have known this all along, but the examples he provides are incredible.
someone once made the joke they would only buy the pt blu ray if it came with the rlm reviews...I actaully may agree.
I think the RLM prequel reviews are spot-on. His voice doesn't annoy me but I can see how it might annoy others.
The review for KOTC is pretty good too. It really articulates all the feelings I had of "why can't I connect to this movie? Why is it terrible?" (Unfortunately, there's a joke about 4.5 minutes in that makes me not want to show it to a lot of people!)

I was really put off by his voice too at first. Once you realize it's part of an act, it grows on you. Give it another try in about a week.
You know of the rebellion against the Empire?
Check out the bizarre record album cover in this auction.
I had a few cover versions of the SW soundtrack over the years, but the art on this one takes the cake! We need an archive of these things...

LOL! Are you referring to the one with the dinosaur on it?
A picture is worth a thousand words. Post 102 is worth more.
I’m late to the party, but I think this is the best song. Enjoy!

So, Vigo is in the recent Ghostbusters game

and has many predictions from the future. In one,
he predicts the outcome of the OJ trial:
"I see the evil of the times to come. The glove won't fit."
In a really interesting one he says:
"I see the evil of the times to come. Three more far away wars will come and they will tarnish even the undisputed glory of the first three."
^Yeah that's pretty odd.
This was my first record, check out the wacky additions to the Enterprise.
^I seriously considering writing stories to go with those two album covers.

Not the oddest rendition of the Enterprise I've ever seen, but close.
Luke and Leia look they wandered in from a 70's spy novel cover. Why Troy Tempest is on there instead of one of the Thunderbirds cast is weird too. I guess all Supermarionation puppets look alike to some people. ;)

I never had the Geoff Love album, I had this one before the OST..
I had that one too! Actually, I still have it, but I'm pretty sure it's scratched up and unplayable even if I had a turntable. I found a 8 track copy in a thrift store once, but my deck self destructed before I could capture it. :/
Pity there's never been a CD of it. The "Stereo Space Odyssey" side has cool sound effects mixed into the tracks.
Where were you in '77?
Conceptual art of an unproduced Kenner toy line, circa 85/86 with a story taking place after ROTJ with a villain from the Clone Wars known as Atha Prime (above) terrorizing the galaxy with his Clone Troopers (below)
^Known about them for some time, and they are definately going to be featured in my PT rewrite should I ever get to doing it.

first CD we ever got in 1985 (i think that was the year) was John Williams Boston Pops "Out of this World"
I had the 20 bit SW trilogy CD of JW conducting the Skywalker Orchestra at Skywalker Sound but I lost it 4 years ago and still have not been able to find it :'(
