Hmmm... apparently I can determine colour but not while I'm trying to determine if it's down.
Everytime I determine whether it's down or not, I can't seem to then determine colour.
And when I don't determine its state of up/down...
I'm determined that it's neither up- nor down... but in some kind of "Cat-like" state.
