I just sent out ten sets of the Emmet Otter edit (with bonus disc of the HBO version Muppet Video release). I have one or two more sets to send out, but to those of you who initially requested it, the discs are coming. I hope to post a full quality scan of the cover somewhere, but don't know where yet.
