I somehow doubt it. Her sweating in that nothing outfit? I don't think so. Especially with guys around her in much heavier clothing looking completely comfortable. Also, look at the trail of water on the ground near her. I'm thinking she may have been a dunktank victim at a carnival. Hence the big crowds around her.
