That's the case with my mom.

I hate badly colored movie that once were B&W.

I hate the colorization of any movie that wasn't originally in color.

Not that that is going to stop you from dreaming… Only in this case, Gaffer is actually a guy.

It wouldn't bother me if I hadn't seen it in B&W before.

I hate it when people dislike black and white movies solely because they're in black and white.

Two days ago I couldn't sleep and I was watching this movie on TV in the middle of the night, and when it started there was this disclaimer saying "this movie was originally made in b&w". Are people that dumb that they can't realize their TV is not broken? Perhaps people nowadays forgot that movies and TV used to be in b&w, and some still are today?

Yes. Yes they are.

And here I thought people were only that dumb and forward-focused in our country. ^_~

Dumb people in America are what I consider to be "naive" or "misinformed"... Over here, dumb people are DUMB. I mean, DUMB, really, really, really stupid. I am tlaking iliterate dumb here, folks. Not knowing what is 2 plus 2 dumb. Not knowing the name of the street they live in dumb. This is one of many, many things I hate about this country.

Yes I totally agree with whats been said about b&w movies. They shouldn't be colorized(aka ruined) and they shouldn't be hated for being b&w.

I hate the Jay has locked a couple of threads today. Imho, it didn't seem like were breaking any rules in those threads.

If the thread were more than a mouthpiece for complaints about the same old junk, it would've stayed open.

This one finally got civil again. Let's keep it that way.

I hate all the shit that's going on between people here because of that new site. It's like when you're a kid and your parents argue. Live and let live people, all you need is love

If you truly agreed Warbler then you'd change your deliberately provocative signature

The signature may be deliberately provocative, but it contains no forbidden links and is about a truth no one likes here. How else will you have a say against things that are just not to be tolerated?
This OFF TOPIC forum is the one place to handle the entire matter, where even the ones in charge say something. I think this is not so OFF TOPIC at all, never was.
Interesting is that people who are part of something for a long time, do have the feeling they rightfully have a say when it comes to deciding urgent or difficult matters. I think they are right. That's what community is about.

jay TALKS ABOUT MATURITY, BUT IF ALL OF YOU HAD SEEN HIS POSTS OVER AT THE OTHER SITE YOU WOULD SEE WHAT A HYPOCRITE HE IS BEING. THAT'S ALL I HAVE TO SAY.

SO, THIS IS TRULY GOOD BYE. SOME OF YOU I'LL SEE OVER AT THE OTHER SITE, SOME I HOPE TO SEE OVER THERE, AND OTHERS THIS IS IT.

That's funny, because I see people acting one way over there and completely another here, and Jay isn't one of them.

I hate it when people get worked up over something as stupid as a web site and flush their friendships down the drain because of it. (This statement is directed at everyone involved, not just the people who are taking offense to OT.com staff and are trying to get banned over it.)

Dayv typed Jay's name in lower case?

Holy crap, this is more serious than I thought... OTofftopic.com is looking more and more appealing.
