People have stopped seeding citizen's transfer Star Wars. I figured people would jump on the chance to have that.

Does anyone have a title called "The Mythology of Star Wars"? I've been looking for this to use on a project I'm working on. If someone has it and could torrent it, it would be much appreciated.

Are you talking about the PBS special that Lucas did with Bill Moyers? It was on myspleen last time I saw it. Probably still seeded.
There's good in the Original Trilogy, and it's worth fighting for.

Can anyone please seed Star Wars - The Making of a Trilogy Part Two on myspleen? I'm currently at 97.1 %. I was planning on seeding this for at least a few days, like I always do, seeing as there are a couple of other people in line for this one as well. (I have a ratio of 3.64 at the moment to back up that claim btw.) Anyone?

Could someone seed Citizen's star wars transfer? Please.

That's the one, Harlock. It's not available on myspleen, as far as I could tell. But thanks anyway.

Can anyone seed the EditDroid edits? All three (Mysterious Mysteries - SW Pre Anh, EditDroid - 2 - Empire and EditDroid - 3 Jedi) are barely moving; half the time BitLord tells me no one's even seeding or leeching when MySpleen lists perhaps one or two. And the IsoMix would be nice too; no one's seeding that one at all, it seems. I'm seeding ADM's Episodes I and II, plus BLAK0019.
Something witty.

Did the Demonoid torrent for Citizen's ANH xvid die? I was excited to finally see it and got about 40% downloaded, and then noticed the torrent is no longer even listed. What a tease!

No, it's not dead.
Except for one eight-hour break, I've been seeding continuously since uploading it Tuesday.
I threw up 16GB in the first 48hrs over a T1 line. In super_seed mode, that should've been nearly four copies of each piece.
Two leechers finished and bailed, and still I was the only one seeding. Discouraged, I took a break.

Since the break, I'm behind a firewall seeding at ISDN speed. IMHO a firewall is the seeder's prerogative.
If leechers want it bad enough, they'll figure out how to configure their own firewalls to allow connections to their BT clients.
As I type this I'm connected to two clients.

It's not dead, and it's still listed on the demonoid web site.
Use the search string in my announcement above to find it.

However, in practice you must take into account the “fuckwit factor”. Just talk to Darth Mallwalker…

Can you explain how to configure your firewall. Mine is Norton by symantec and I hate the thing it is so freakin stubborn.

That's odd. I swear when i searched on Demonoid last night I could no longer find the torrent, but there it is today. Maybe it was the beer goggles. Anyway, thanks again for seeding this D.M., I'll jump back on it now. I used to have port forwarding set up on my router, but let a friend have the router for his digital phone. For the most part, my connectivity is still pretty good, although sometimes my uploading really sucks.

It shows up on a search that includes dead torrents I have it off of myspleen and I did a conversion to NTSC too.

Am I the only one having problems just clicking and starting a torrent at MySpleen? I have to copy the link itself and forcibly open the torrent in Bit Lord. It's odd.

Thanks, Harlock. Yeah, "Mythology" is there with dead torrents enabled, but no seeds.

You can request a reseed. For some reason, I can't find the original PAL download, but I found the NTSC conversion I made. PM me.

Tho I say SHA1 all the way baby! with 160-bit hashes.
I've read it was developed to replace MD5.
It also happens to be what the torrent protocol uses internally. [snip]

A long-belated thanks for the modern information. I need to update my advice, as well as my toolbox (haven't picked out a util' yet). I've read the same stuff about it - awesome.

One day I found... 10 years had got behind me. Next day was worse.

Download  shows from Cable DVR (Updated! Yes, it needs a rewrite, but it's worth slogging through, anyway).

I need to update my advice too.
Superseding SHA1 (160 bit) are SHA-224, SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512.
JSummer is a nifty cross-platform utility written in Java with both GUI and CLI/batch modes.
It does SHA-256 along with SHA1 & MD5.

Following one of those trrnt links to a certain bay reveals these details. Looks like they were created by the guy who posted them 'RetardedPuppy'
Here's what he says about the edits.

"Star Wars Episode III - Recut of the Sith

About 30 minutes of the movie have been removed. Nothing is added.

Recut to get rid of as much of the horrible, horrible dialogue as was possible. I also removed most of the Padme scenes. It makes the movie better. The first edit doesn't happen until after the Chancellor is rescued. Also, I'd get rid of Hayden Christensen if I could. He's such a bad actor.

"Star Wars II - Recut of the Clones

Sorry to those who were downloading the first copy. I had to take down the first copy because the audio was out of sync in some parts. This is the same copy but with the audio fixed. Again, sorry.

About 26 minutes of the movie have been removed.

Recut to rid the movie of as much of the boring scenes and horrible dialogue as was possible. The terrible love story between Padme and Anakin has been removed almost entirely. They are horrible actors. The story is intact. The movie flows better this way.
