The Worst Scene/Sequence in Any Star Wars Film — Page 2

I don’t think anything in AOTC other than possibly the Yoda scene is as embarrassing as the droid factory.

Pretty much using the prequels or the Ewoks is the easy answer.

From the Disney movies, I’d say most of K-2SO’s scenes, specially the grenade scene.

Shocked no one has mentioned objectively the worst scene in Star Wars history: the fireplace chat in AOTC. Featuring some of the worst dialogue in any film ever, making it truly painful to sit through.

Most embarrassing either goes to the scenes where 3PO and a battle droid swap heads, or Jedi Rocks.

Oh, yeah. This is the new winning answer.

I still think the droid factory is more obnoxious and exhausting.

This thread is a perfect example of how people who put the prequels over any Disney SW film are either trolling or delusional.

I think they might be better than Rogue One.

I don’t think you’re trolling so…

No. Both are bland and pointless and devoid of any heart and soul. They’re full of completely uncompelling characters and exist purely to cash in on names and imagery associated with a much better film (Star Wars).

And, since this has been a topic of conversation lately, they both have terrible and pointless CGI. Specifically I’m talking about the CGI Grand Moff Tarkin:

There’s nothing in Rogue One that’s embarrassing. And, if nothing else, on a technical level, there’s really no comparison.

Besides the questionable Tarkin, though, this complaint doesn’t hold much merit.

I didn’t remember Rogue One being this rushed and cheap.

Yeah I don’t see a single thing you said I agreed with, but I’m sure there’s no reason to continue.

I just don’t appreciate being called a delusional troll in my own thread.

The C3PO scenes during the factory sequence in AotC win. I would add Rey learning the jedi mind trick in the blink of an eye in TFA as a profond offense to what the Force was in the previous movies (ie not just a magical power to make the plot keep going, but a mystic power the characters were trying to understand and master). Yoda fighting like Sonic in AotC should get a mention.
