Which is stupid. For one thing the Bible says we are made in God’s image. And we have a sense of humor. Ergo it’s incredibly logical to assume God has a sense of humor also. (A point I’ve never heard anybody other than myself make)
Some months ago, I was going for a walk. On my walk, I felt compelled to go in a certain direction; it was as if a voice inside me was saying “Go in this direction, and you’ll cross paths with someone who’ll want to talk to you.” I decided to follow this inner voice, hoping it would lead me to the love of my life or a possible employer. And I did cross paths with someone who wanted to talk to me; it was a middle-aged woman asking for directions to the nearest bus stop.
So yes, God definitely has a sense of humour.
