Crashed my car last night. I’m fine and the car got me home, but it’s probably done for.
I’m very, very frustrated.
Having been the victim of home burglary when I was gone (they took nearly everything) and a flood several years later (lost everything), I learned a long time ago that it’s just stuff. You make peace with the loss and you get new stuff. You made it home and have only to worry about transportation. Many people aren’t nearly that lucky.
Pour a drink, prepare for the insurance headache, and think about your next vehicle. I second Jason’s sentiment - glad you’re ok.
