Very, very rough test for an idea regarding Luke dropping the lightsaber:
That’s great, I’d like to use that. It would be nice to have a shot of the saber landing. Perhaps that could be composited from some other shots, or even filmed by someone with a replica saber.
I’ve been playing around with the digital release and exploring ways to alter Canto Bight.
I’m trying out a less aggressive editing path first off which would be going from the prison cell conversation to them in hyperspace. I am curious whether it would be best to cut to a different scene after the prison or one right after the other to make it less confusing.

I think this needs something in between to establish that they get into/are in the ship and/or that the ship leaves Canto Bight.
