Thanks everyone. It’s a military museum from WWI on, and somewhat new. I’m going to work on their network, and software, and hopefully whatever film collection they have (which isn’t much).
I managed to identify what it is they have, some 8mm Technicolor cartridges with a synchronized cassette tape for the sound. I know what to do to transfer it to digital, but that would require removing the film from the cartridges and splicing them, and I don’t know what they want to do with them.
