Very nice, though I should recommend a different colour Mace’s saber. Seeing as he seems to be a very combat dominant Jedi, perhaps give him blue or yellow. Blue means that he is just combatative, less of a scholar, and yellow meets in the middle

He’ll have blue in EP II.

This edit looks very intriguing, the dark tone isn’t something one would typically expect from a Star Wars movie but it only makes this edit more unique (so many TPM edits now). Though I do think you went a tad overboard with the darkness in some places, for example the conference room scene where Gunray talks about genocide. It does nothing except add darkness, and after a while it started feeling like a Holocaust reenactment. Also Ric Olie says something right before the Dokou scene, I would cut this because it doesn’t add much and was so fast it made me go back to comprehend what everyone was saying.

The dark tone really makes you appreciate how editing can affect the film’s tone. When you compare this to Frink’s The Ridiculous Menace it’s unrecognizable. I’ve seen comparisons like these for other movies, but for something as heavily edited as TPM it’s very nice to see a fresh take.

Cheers, brother. The very dark grade is something that is only on the preview video. It’ll be different in the final product, and so will much of the grading.

I really cherish your positive feedback. Thank you so much! I agree on the Ric Ollie line. It might be a little hard to hear. I’ll try to improve it, or remove it all along.
