If hyperspace is a fifth dimension, why would Han to worry about flying into a star are too close to a supernova?
This is why official canon is dumb. Just go by what you see on the screen.
What is wrong with official canon if it maintains consistency.
What I’m saying is that it fails at that most basic task, as I explain very clearly: the idea of hyperspace as a 5th dimension (not in the movies) contradicts what Han says IN THE MOVIE!
Oh ok, I take it you are talking about official canon out of the movie? If so then yeah that is stupid.
When thinking about official canon I’m usually only thinking from the point of view of what the movies show us anyway.
