Cheers for the mention Hal. Didn’t think I contributed apart from giving a bit of hopefully constructive feedback and my perspective on a few matters. I can’t wait to watch v2 (hopefully before TLJ but don’t stress man 😉 ). Just actually finished watching R1 for the second time (first time since the cinemas) and so very much in SW mood at the moment. I already liked the movie but really enjoyed it the second time round and think it’s a great addition to the SW universe despite a couple of minor issues (pretty much the oversimplified convenient lever pulling plot devices at the end).

I find R1 actually adds a lot of extra detail and depth to the established OT lore without being in your face while also being a little more grounded in realism rather that the force automatically solving everything. I’m not sure why it gets such a hard time around here, I find it to be a great movie and really buy into the characters and the struggle.

Anyway, getting a bit of topic there…thanks again Hal and everyone else for all your hard work and I look forward to checking out the finished edit.
