Warb, your logic is dramatically incomplete. Just because two things are different, it doesn’t immediately follow that one should be hidden, nor does it help inform us as to which one should be hidden. For example, why is it that the women’s breasts are the one that is supposed to be hidden, rather than the men’s? Also, there are other differences… for example, our throats are different (men have a adam’s apple). Should one gender therefore need to cover their throats? Also, there are some things that are the same that don’t need to be hidden (elbows), and some things that are the same that do need to be hidden (butts).

There is no reasoning for any of it. It’s entirely historical. In some cultures, women don’t have to hide their breasts at all. In some, they have to hide their ankles. In some cultures it is obscene to not have a beard. All of it is, in hindsight, arbitrary and meaningless, and yet it persists on its own inertia, or due to religion. There is no logic whatsoever sufficient to explain any of it.
