They’re little red kiosks at supermarkets or drugstores where you can rent a movie or game for a couple bucks a day (it charges your card every day until you return it). They’re usually pretty convenient and carry Blu-Rays, too.
I honestly am surprised they still exist.
why? the prices is unbeatable. and they are generally super convenient. if i want to rent a blu-ray of a film i want to see, but don’t want to purchase, it is half the prices of renting it on a streaming service. if the prices of streaming rentals ever matches redbox, then i will stop redboxing.
