As for scenes that are TONALLY out of place scenes like the rock war and cleaning up blood, I was just thinking make them the same tone as the movie is at that time. Beverly is showing the other Loser Club members the blood in her bathroom, it’s pretty serious and actually disurbing, then all the sudden the tone shifts as a fun 80s song plays and it is just jarring to me. Same goes for the rock war.
