I just discovered this on youtube, though I have vague memory of seeing it on TV back in '85:
It’s the official music video for Johnny B. Goode and it contains some very interesting deleted shots of Michael J. Fox, most notably an exchange at the end where he appears to coin the term
“rock 'n roll.”

Does anyone know if this video had any sort of official release on any home video version of BTTF?

It would have been great if they’d released the Johnny B. Goode scene uncut along with the other deleted scenes on the Blu-ray. 😕
