I was sold a bedbug infested mattress by my landlord, and can’t get rid of the bugs and a refund for the mattress. This sucks.
That isn’t right at all. Is there nothing you can do? I know renters have lots of protection under the law, but not sure about a private sale of used items (presumably) like this. Anyone out there know?
