I would prefer if the Italian track didn’t come out in high quality until Poita’s project is done as it would devalue any attempt to resell the print to fund more projects. Because you can be sure that it’s gonna end up being shared on pirate websites.
Hmmm, I personally don’t see the issue here. First of all, the quality isn’t that great (35mm optical, pop, hiss, gaps of silence because of missing frames). Second, it’s the same dub as the TV cut that was discovered a while ago and I would think the same dub as any other Italian home version. That cat is out of the bag. Third, the optical sound quality on all film prints are crap. That doesn’t seem to affect their value in any way.
