Imagine if The West took a small fraction of what it spends on social services for immigrants and spent it on the essential factors for uplifting their home countries.
Send young attorneys dedicated to Rule of Law and effective commercial codes to reform and establish their legal systems and protect property rights, underwrite financial lending to truly promising private development companies and school loans for genuinely promising private professionals and entrepreneurs, help with infrastructure finance, contraceptives for achieving first-world levels of birth control…
Nah, much better to import third worlders who have no understanding or desire for the elements that made The West great and good and then spend society to collapse. Everybody gets more socialist totalitarianism and green energy initiatives that way.
