Like you become… you get a job and you become the job. One guy lives in brooklyn, one guy lives in sutton place. You got a lawyer, another’s a doctor. One guy dies, another gets well. People are born, Y’know? I envy you in your youth. Go on, get drunk, get laid, do anything. You got no choice anyway, I mean were all fucked. More or less, you know?

I don’t know, but that’s about the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

I realize now how much she’s just like all the others, cold and distant, many people are like that, women for sure, they’re like a union.
