Also, can you tell me where you were able to purches the 17mm 3 disc Criterion type case? Another idea of mine was just place the entire trilogy in one of those cases and looking for cover art that would correctly fill the 17mm size.

It looks like they do not have the 17mm/3disc Criterion discs listed right now. I have sent an email to them to see if they are just out of stock or if they no longer carry them.
I would like to stock up on some more 3-disc cases for these and other projects.
As for the inserts, I just ended up using stealthboy’s 14mm covers as my basis. I had planned on expanding them slightly, but was pleased enough with my tests that the 14mm covers worked well enough that I didn’t bother with any changes.
