Your friend created a thread advocating drug use, on a Star Wars forum, that you know, might not be a good idea for this place. I know I wouldn’t want my kids coming on here to read about Star Wars, and then stumbling into a thread where a few morons are telling people to use drugs.
Then either because a few addicts got offended and went off on me, and you sensed an opportunity to bandwagon and advance your petty grudge, or possibly because the OP was your friend and you felt the need to defend him, or a combination of both, you decided to start on me again. When I posted images of passed out drug users neglecting their children, your response was to tell me to GTFO.
Now, that’s why I responded to you about your tone-deaf hypocrisy and asked you to move our discussion to a more appropriate thread. The drug epidemic in this country is most certainly a political issue. This is not the anti-Trump thread, or get-all-the-Russians thread, no matter who much you think it should be. There are other day-to-day political issues in this country, and discussion of the drug epidemic, relevant laws and federal budget allotment, task forces, and etc. all belong in this thread.
My comment towards you about rich, privileged, LA and NYC liberal drug use, being a far different life than the life of poor drug users in Ohio, West Virginia, or Tennessee, was not an accusation at you. It was commentary on the topic. That liberal daughter smoking weed with her boyfriend at the university, that rich hedge fund scion throwing $20,000 cocaine parties, the celebrity blowing millions of dollars shooting up heroine in his NYC apartment…that’s a much different lifestyle than the one lead by poor drug addicts in the middle of the country. The ones who cannot afford their habit, and quickly resort to prostitution, theft, suicide, and murder.
I find it appalling and wanted to call you out for your appalling hypocrisy, since you pretend to carry on the good fight against the bad guys in here, but when you have a chance to take a stand on an issue, you are more interested in fighting people you don’t like.
