I’m starting the “quit smoking” process today. Anyone here gone through it want to share your thoughts on your challenge? I would think that knowing what others went through could be very helpful to me on all fronts.

I gave up cold turkey and put on so much weight I became practically spherical.
But cold turkey is so good! Especially in a turkey-stuffing sandwich. Mmm…
Not so good for the turkey.
