I don’t get why they restored it twice when the old restoration looked fine. I’m not opposed to it, I bought the Director’s Cut, but I don’t get why they don’t just do a cheap new scan of all five of the other ones. It’s pretty sad too since the TOS, TNG, and ENT blu-rays are so great and lovingly put together.
