I don’t think Bernie bros necessarily lost the election for her, but they didn’t help. The Hitlerly is the devil sort of rhetoric they pushed really demonized her for a lot of people. I mean, yeah she’s not great, yeah she’s a two faced politician, but people got too caught up on that narrative and failed to see how much worse the alternative was.

I don’t think anyone needs chaos on this scale. What is happening to the country now is abhorrent. Just because the DNC slipped too far into the status quo doesn’t mean they, or any of the millions of Americans being affected, deserve what is happening now.

What exactly is happening now? What “abhorrent” things are going on because of the Trump administration? I must have missed it whatever it is. I mean, If you don’t like him or what he’s doing, that’s fine, but I don’t have any recollection of some mass suffering that began to occur in America after Trump’s first couple weeks in office.

I guess you aren’t a Muslim who lives here and couldn’t get back in.

I don’t agree with the extent of the immigration ban.

Or a Mexican mother separated from her children.

If a person is an illegal alien, that’s a fault their own (or their parents). I don’t understand why they wouldn’t (or wouldn’t be able to) take their families with them when being deported.

Or a Mexican woman with a brain tumor kicked out of the country. Or an Indian man shot and killed just because he was in this country working for Garmin.

Neither Trump, nor his administration as president, ever told the American public to commit crimes of violence based on racial prejudice. These are terrible people who have always been here.

Or a trans student who can’t use the correct bathroom anymore.

If this is about “gender identity,” then good.

There’s also this.

I really don’t have much to say about that, but I don’t think it’s strictly Trump’s fault. It is probably more so the liberals and the media who cried “Racism!” and “Sexism!” at everything Trump did who normalized this idea of hatred for the public. Probably an unpopular opinion, and I’m also not trying to defend Trump as a person, but I think that is probably a big factor in it.
