i am curious as to your technique for making the box. i am planning on making my own box for each of the trilogies and i would love any and all insight you could lend.

Use a large inkjet printer and 13 x 19 paper for the slipcases, as heavy a paper stock as your printer will accept.
Hello ronwlim, as far as large inkjet printers go would a Canon iP8720 or Epson Artisan 1430 suffice? These are two large format printers I’ve found that seem to have good reviews, but also more importantly include cd/dvd/bluray printing.
