Making jokes like this doesn’t get rid of Russia’s role in the election. Everyone should be concerned about it, and a few respectable Republicans are, but most (including yourself, as well as most of congress) are willing to look the other way just because the guy with the “R” next to his name (never mind that he isn’t an “R”) and who isn’t a Clinton is the one who won.
Can you imagine his reaction if Clinton had won and there rumor going around that the Russians helped her? He’d be calling for a rebellion right now or he’d be demanding that Texas secede.
