Could someone point me in the direction of details on how to make the ROJ PAL GOUT sync into NTSC GOUT sync? I think I read some frames need dropped and/or added, but I don’t know where. Thanks.
you want to convert the PAL video to NTSC video? if so, don’t try, you would have a complete visual mess of frame blending in order to achieve that. are you trying to sync audio from one to the other?
JEDIT: above comment is about normal PAL to NTSC conversions, but i may be out of my element here, if the GOUT PAL was just a speed up or down type conversion?
