UK homes are not the same as US homes.
So the cats that are doing the business will be owned by people very very close. Sending them to a kennel is pointless. Particularly seeing as someone is killing these poor things by feeding them anti-freeze.
It’s hardly going to add to the community spirit if you capture a cat and send it to a kennel when the person who owns it lives literally yards away from your own house, probably.Well surely you can tell said owner to keep his/her cats off your property if he/she doesn’t comply, take it to the law?
If I knew which ones owned the cats that did it I would but I have more pressing things to do with my time than monitor my front lawn and photo a cat in action and then go door to door and ask if this chat belongs to them. I don’t have a dossier of all pets in the street. Besides I imagine being territorial it’s more than one cat owned by more than one owner so a lot of effort for very little reward.
