Well surely you can tell said owner to keep his/her cats off your property if he/she doesn’t comply, take it to the law?

If I knew which ones owned the cats that did it I would but I have more pressing things to do with my time than monitor my front lawn and photo a cat in action and then go door to door and ask if this chat belongs to them. I don’t have a dossier of all pets in the street. Besides I imagine being territorial it’s more than one cat owned by more than one owner so a lot of effort for very little reward.
