The Evil Dead Treasures Collection (Released)
Time

Folks, in appreciation of the GREAT job all involved had making this disc, I make the following offer:

I'd be more than happy to make copies for anyone needing a disc, with the following caveats:

1. You send the blank disc. ( i don't have dual layer discs laying around)

2. You send a self addressed, STAMPED return envelope. ( i don't have time to run to the post office daily)

I'll copy the disc the day it arrives, and drop it in my local post box the next day.

By sending the blank, and sending the self addressed, STAMPED, return envelope, I dont have to run to the store and buy discs, and i dont have to stand in line at the post office buying postage.

If interested, drop me a PM. (i'm in Nevada, by the way)

You guys wanna use your compression software, and try and create the file. The software will tell you how many MISSING BLOCKS you need. Then you download the PAR2 files, to fix them. The PAR 2 files take the place of 'ANY' missing parts. This way you dont have to ask people to upload certain missing parts, and anyone missing ANY part can use the PAR2 files.

I'm using EasyNews via the web interface, and i;m showing their are 22 PAR 2 files, which should equal approx 140 blocks.

Untitled Bruce Campbell Project (* unfinished project - a ton of info & ideas *)
Time

Haven't vistited the site for some time, so i just noticed this thread. I have something that might be of interest. I recorded Bruce's comments after a CineVegas screening of 'My Name Is Bruce' about 2 years ago. Its pretty good quality video, from a cheap HD camcorder. 720P video. If you want it, you got it.

The WMV-HD file is being burned to dvd in DVDROM mode, so its just a file on a disc.
The xbox360 can read compatible files on disc, and play them. You couldnt play this
on a regular dvd players, because its not a properly formatted DVD. Unless of course
your dvd player can play WMV files. My Philips dvd player is able to play mpeg or avi
files burned in dvdrom mode, but NOT wmv files.

Thats exactly what i do. I burn it to DVD, and play it direct from the Xbox 360's drive.
I have dowloaded tons of wmv-HD encodes, and i burn them all to disc, so i dont
fill my HD. Its simple, i just burn to file with NERO, and it plays from the xbox drive,
or the pc drive. (you burn it as a dvdrom, and the xbox360 reads the file)

wow, i watched it last nite, and loved it. Its been years and years since i've seen this
film, so i hadnt remembered most of it. Very silly, and funny. Picture and sound quality
were superb, awesome job DJ. Most appreciated.

p.s. I'm gonna have to reburn the disc, as i used NERO 7, which i always do, but i dont get
the menu on either of my DVD players, just the menu audio. Works fine on my pc's
however. Other forum downloads seem to work fine, so i might have done something
wrong with the burn.
