The Lost Jedi (TFA+TLJ edit) (* Part-Finished Project *)
Time

Starting work on the TFA portion. Would anyone like to give feedback on my TLJ portion of the edit? It runs at 1hr and 30 minuets

I’d love to! Your cutlist looks great. Happy to see someone else didn’t like the “reach out” goof. Stupidest thing I’ve seen in a Star Wars film, and totally out of line for either Luke or Rey.

Info Wanted: A question for VIII Fan Editors - re working in 4K...
Time

First of all, let me say what an incredible community this is! I started here probably 5 years ago hearing about the amazing work on Harmy’s Despecialized OT and now I see all the talent going into fan edits. Really well done and official-looking (and sounding)! So thank you all for you dedication and hard work. It really is something to be proud of 😃

Now that my fangirl-ing is out of the way, Episode VIII fan edits are no doubt being worked on as we speak. It REALLY MUST be done. What a sorry piece of the Star Wars franchise as-is 😦

My question for you VIII Editors is this: Will you be working with the 4K UHD source when possible? 8 is the first movie to be available in such phenomenally high resolution.

If you aren’t, why not if you don’t mind me asking? If it has to do with ripping the UHD disks, I can forward you info to make it happen quite easily.

Info Wanted: has anyone done any 'Ace Ventura: Pet Detective Complete Edition' edits?
Time

The Ace Ventura movies are easily some of my favorite comedies of all time. I had the DVD when I was younger, and I watched them all the time!

I was so excited when the Blu-rays were announced, but to my dismay, one of my favorite scenes was missing: the Dolphin Trainer scene.

I was wondering, are there any Fan Edits out there that paste that scene into the Blu-ray version? And maybe the deleted scenes as well?

I’d do this myself if I had a BD drive…

Thanks in advance!

Audio Track names?
Time

After discovering (and falling IN LOVE with) Harmy's Despecialized OT films, I've decided I want to make some custom DVD's using the AVCHD files. Eventually, I'll create DVD menus with backgrounds and everything!

One of the greatest, but most bothersome aspects of these releases is the amount of audio tracks. I love that there are so many, th ecompletionist in me wants to watch the movie over and over until I've seen it with each track playing. What makes this bothersome, however, is that when I play the DVD back in my PS3 or PS4, the tracks are simply labeled "Eng" or "English" or something like that.

My question for you guys is this: Is there any way I give each track a more descriptive name? Such as 5.1 70mm Mix, Stereo Mix, Mono Mix, etc. and have these detailed track names carry over to Blu-ray players?

Thanks in advance!

Star Wars OT Covers - All 3 Films, One case
Time

I've got blank DVD cases that will be able to fit up to 4 discs. Ultimately, I'd like to have all of the Harmy's DeSpecialized films (and maybe an awesome special features disc) on DVDs in one case.

I've seen lots of the custom covers in other threads and they all look fantastic! Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find many covers that are fit for one case, but encapsulate all 3 OT films. I'm sure I'm not the only one looking for this sort of cover, so maybe this thread could be dedicated to custom OT covers, fit for one case.

Personally, I'd need covers for DVD cases, but feel free to show off either DVD or Blu-ray, whichever are available!

Huge thanks in advance!
