I made an explanation post on the WordPress for those who don't understand why this is necessary:

One of those things that just make you go: "Huh." I never knew it was the wrong shirt. Unbelievable job with the sculpture though, Adywan! Just AWESOME!

This is kind of a minor personal concern, but, before I had TESB on VHS (NTSC), I had "The Story of the Empire Strikes Back: The Adventures of Luke Skywalker" on audio cassette. So, after I got the VHS tape, I was a little disappointed that this line of dialogue wasn't there. So I hope it will be intact on TESB Revisited...

On Hoth, after Luke is out of the Bacta tank and Threepio says it's good to see him fully functional again, Luke says: "Thanks, Threepio." On the VHS version, which I'm assuming was the theatrical version, Luke's line was taken out, but the line is in the Special Edition.

So why does this concern me? I guess it's a line that shows that Luke had actual friendship and respect for Threepio, as he's usually getting verbally abused or shot at by just about everyone else throughout the rest of the film. (LOL)

Droids Series Complete Set. Reconstruction from multiple sources. V1.0 is out! (Released)
Time

I can't thank you enough, retartedted! I had recordings of the Sci-Fi Channel edits previously. Version 1.0 is already light years better! Canada's Global Television Network was airing the uncut episodes well into the early 90's and I've been kicking myself ever since for not recording them back then.

One question: Some of the continuing story-arc episodes had a short narrative recap of the previous ep at the beginning. These recaps aren't on version 1.0. Will they be restored in the finished version?

Speaking for the PAL set; All episodes are captured and forwarded to Pittrek for post-processing and DVD mastering.

Moth3r has kindly agreed to help sort out the blended frames from the PAL tapes.

Bearing in mind there are 26 epsiodes of Ewoks and 14 of Droids this is going to take some time. Pittrek has warned me he doesn't have as much time available as he'd like, but he will make this work a priority. Right now all we can do is cheer him on.

 *Cheering on Pittrek* :)

It really is great to see there is this much passion to make sure both series are being done right. "Droids" is really an underrated series IMHO

Ok. So it looks like I need.

The Widescreen laser disc of Raiders
The original Making of Raiders (best quality available)
The Trilogy Best Buy DVD
ET Indiana Jones Behind The Adventure (YouTube)
Indy IV looks back at the Original Trilogy (YouTube)
Scans of the deleted scenes photos
Scans of the deleted scenes from the comic adaptation

Is anyone able to help?

Thanks for the link AvP but it would be great if someone would be kind enough to send me the DVDs.

Thanks
JD

If you still need scans from the comic, I have a very good copy of Marvel Super Special #18, which reprints the mini-series issues 1-3.
