I am trying to preserve the series, and I have all the episodes except part 3 of the pilot (The Adventure Begins). It’s a re-edit of the movie that kicked off the series with some minor differences, most notably the redubbing of Buzz by the actor who would voice him for the whole series. I’d like to put this on DVD since it’s never had a DVD release. Did anyone ever record the Pilot part 3? Thanks.
I used to watch this on the "One Saturday Morning" segment on ABC. And Recess. There was another series called Lloyd in Space. Don't remember many others.
Think the announcers were a girl and an elephant called Jelly Roll.
A while before that we had Mighty Ducks and Doug. Doug belonged to Nick first, then Disney. Ninja Turtles were winding down in popularity at the time.
"Five hours of summer, once a week, one Saturday morning". . . and then this strange amusement park thing would build itself in the intro.
I have this episode (and most of the series), but they're the Toon Disney re-broadcasts from 2005-2006... They have the Toon Disney screen bug.

Now that I've got all the episodes, I can say that I will be releasing a Toy Story shorts collection soon. If it's Toy Story, but not 1, 2, or 3, then it should be part of this collection.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I feel that this is important. The whole TV edit with the Patrick Warburton dub of “The Adventure Begins” is on YouTube. If I may say so, Patrick Warburton recorded Buzz’s lines for “The Adventure Begins” first. And for the home video release, they were redubbed by Tim Allen. I could tell by the lipsync in some scenes.
