Which original foreign dubs are on DVD ?

I know that the region 2 japan release of the gout has the Original Japan language track.

 

But does the Pal German release have the original dub ?

I am speaking of foreign releases for the Gout, not the 1997 special edition which is not on official DVD, or the 2004 DVD.

The German Version of the "Limited Edition" 2006 DVDs with Special Edition Version and the GUOT DVD holds also the German and Spanish Soundtrack.
