We aren't explicitly told whether or not Bail Organa or Queen Breha survived the destruction of alderaan or not, because the movies don't really tell us if they were there when aldearan was blown up or not. 

Obi Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker were traveling to princess leia's home planet of Alderaan with han solo and chewbacca on the millenium falcon, bringing the droids (r2d2 and c3po) to bail organa, in order to discuss the death star plans. However, that doesn't confirm if his wife (queen breha organa) was on alderaan when it was blown up or not. Besides, Bail Organa could have been somewhere else while he was waiting for his rebel recruit buddies, on a spaceship somewhere else, and he would soon return to alderaan. Nothing confirmed if they died or survived.
