Incidentally, I await a response from either C3PX or Ric on why they should be spared.  Ric's case is particularly interesting.  Since he is currently on PROBATION, a retroactive PROBATION would put him in violation of Rule #5.

And since you both are having so much trouble with Rule #1, I will give you a friendly tip.  Your defense better include a connection to Scientology (even if it's just a pic of Tom Cruise looking up at Katie Holmes), or I will have to create a new level of shame beyond the HALL for your third consecutive violation.
