It's not meant to be a red rag for a free for all but 'off topic' threads have melted down to China in the past without intervention.
Where as this one is about a chap who repeatedly tries to break into this site and do whatever he wishes outside the 'off topic' zone and has gone out of his way to chase members around the internet while waving his monkey pants at OT.com from a distance.
If we can't counter-blast him from here where can we?

I have to say that Sam was one of my favorite characters. Sam was underappreciated, but he really had a great deal to offer. He always seemed to ask all the right questions, and even if they seemed mundane initially, we'd know how important they were in the end. Sam was very passionate in his views and would press them in spite of anyone's contradictions. And when he really let forth his wrath, he had the ferocity of a troll! That's what I love about Sam.
This stuff is kind of disturbing.
