I've had both and to be honest they are hellish to keep free from dust.
There are however a plethora of dry mops which should keep either surface dust free and the cloth heads are detachable and can go inside......

1) The fifth person to view this post can answer two of my questions in the OP.
2) The second person to read those answers can answer the fourth question immediately preceding the two questions that were answered in #1.
