I was thinking about changing my avatar, but I wouldn't know what to change it to.  If I ever get a ForceFX lightsaber, I'll probably change it to a picture of me with it.

Just take a picture of yourself holding a broom handle and retroscope it into a lightsaber, would look even better than the ForceFX ones.

Pfft...just take your current avatar and draw a bad disguise on it.

 "First" game means some different things to Tex Murphy fans (much as it does to Star Wars fans).

Mean Streets was very first- my mom & dad knew some of the developers.
Martian Memorandum came next
then technology spiked, and...
Under a Killing Moon was sort of the "first" of the new generation.
Pandora Directive perfected the experience
and then
Overseer came along and retold the story from "Mean Streets", so you could consider this the first one.

When Pandora Directive came out, my best friend somehow managed to start playing my copy (at my own house!) before I could, so I dug up Mean Streets and started playing that for some reason.  I got so into it that I finished Mean Streets before starting PD.  I think that's a testament to the quality of a game when you can do that!

Recently, I made my wife play UAKM and PD with me.  We were going to follow it up with Overseer, but somehow we got off track.  :(

What can I say about my avatar, other than Harvey Korman was awesome. Plus History Of The World Pt 1 is one of my favorite movies.

Ah, I re-read your post.  It's all making sense to me.  MM seems to me to be the one that dated the most.  I'm not sure why... but I don't know if I could stand playing through that one again.  Let me know how you find it.

The next three are the best with Pandora Directive being absolute best.
