Re: UNAUTHORIZED USE OF STAR WARS COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

Dear Sir:

Lucasfilm and its affiliated entities (collectively “Lucasfilm”) are the exclusive owners of all rights in and to the major motion pictures Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back, Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (the “STAR WARS Films”). Those motion pictures and the characters and unique elements related thereto (the “STAR WARS Copyrights and Trademarks”) are protected by the copyright and trademark laws of the United States and other nations.

It has come to our attention that you are using STAR WARS Copyrights and Trademarks without Lucasfilm’s authorization. Specifically, we refer to the production and distribution of the film, “The Clones Revealed” (the “Film”). Based on your description of the Film (see attached) your production consists of a copy of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith compiled with various other material created and owned by Lucasfilm. In addition, the packaging and promotional materials draw extensively on STAR WARS Copyrights and Trademarks. As such, there is a high risk of consumer confusion regarding the provenance of the Film. It is likely that a consumer would think that the Film is authorized, affiliated or endorsed by Lucasfilm. Therefore, although Lucasfilm appreciates your enthusiasm for the STAR WARS Films, we are unable to authorize or license you to use STAR WARS Copyrights and Trademarks in this manner.

Therefore, you are hereby put on formal notice that the Film constitutes trademark and copyright infringement and unfair competition. By this letter, we request that you immediately cease and desist from any further unauthorized use of STAR WARS Copyrights and Trademarks including, without limitation, distribution of the Film, and that you immediately provide us written assurance that you will comply with the requests set forth in this letter no later than Tuesday, August 7, 2007.

Nothing in this letter shall be construed as a waiver of any claim at law or in equity which we may have against you or any other party, each of which is expressly reserved.

Sincerely,

Business Affairs, (Antipiracy)
