Minecraft PlayerHow many the old 1979 Disney film "The Black Hole"? If you don't know, it's basically Disney's answer to Star Wars. Now, I must say that the effects are pretty good for the time, not as good as Star Wars, but still good. Watching the film again a few times recently, I realized that a few mistakes were in the film: A crew member can be seen, objects change places in the same scene, all the usual stuff. So I've decided to go in and fix those mistakes as well as improve the effects. Here's a short list of some of the changes:

Dark Jedi KnightSee I love this movie, and I love it the way it is, so for me this is a terrible idea, maybe some might like this approach, but definitely not me, but I really, really hope someday this gets a blu-ray release and it is exactly how it is right now on DVD, don't touch a thing.

Well, if that's what you and everybody else wants, then I can cancell it. To tell you the truth, after I posted it, I thought "what if people won't like this idea?" But whatever, if that is your request, I'll honor it.

Here's a very brief spoiler free summary: "It's a space station." Wasn't that a good summary?

It's 2001 with lots of Biblical allusions and cheaper effects. The ending though it more fucked up than Sunshine or 2001.

- The robots will sound more like robots.
- Ship engines will be fixed to look better.
- When V.I.N.CENT and Maximilian fight, more sparks and wire will shoot out of Max.
- End Credits: All who worked on the film will be mentioned, all those who were uncredited will be given credit.
- End Credits: Credits will be inserted for all who help out in this project.
- Erasing all the cables that support the flying robots.
- The star field will be enhanced.

I say go for it!

Very good ideas. I've add them to the list. But that I think about it, maybe I'll change the white eye parts to green, red, purple, etc. Maybe make the color a little bit bigger.

Padawan LearnerI'm a huge fan of this film actually. My initial thought is that I'm not really that into the idea, since I've loved it all these years as it is, flaws and all. But it's late and I'm on my way to bed so I'll think on it and post some comments later. Being a favorite of mine, even with all it's flaws, perhaps some ideas will pop in my head. I admit there are certainly flaws in the film.
