First, do you think I uploaded the entire finished BD? because if you did, you are mistaken, all I did was make the audio file for the BD in complete sync, you have to remux your own BD yourself, the links I am sharing are for audio only.

About to remux, make iso and mount with Daemon Tools before burning. Thanks dark_jedi! If you might have any other original audio tracks as PCM to share for Blu-ray it'd be great. Aren't there ones for the 007 films? Could replace the dub tracks and put it there instead. The monoaural, stereo and surround ones.

Conan The Barbarian Theatrical Reconstruction Blu-ray (this will have my edited custom DTS-HD MA 5.1, Lossless PCM, custom DTS-HD MA 2.0 Isolated Score) this project is not finished yet!
The Terminator (original lossless PCM)
Night of The Living Dead Forgotten Films release (restored the missing 30+ seconds)
Day of The Dead DTS-HD MA 5.1 (restore the uncensored audio form Arrow release, but use better US video) this project is not finished yet!
and that's it for now, until I think of more LOL.

Dark Jedi KnightFor the Terminator, I would rip the BD to your hard drive, then use Tsmuxer to demux the video, then use Tsmuxer and open the correct playlist to get the chapters, unrar the audio you just downloaded, put all that info in a folder, then make a new one, open Tsmuxer again, add in the video, add in the PCM audio, and set to English, then click the Blu-ray tab and copy the chapters from the playlist in the custom chapters setting, click create Blu-ray and use the newly made folder as your new BD, then click mux.
wallah, and brand new BD with untouched video, chapters in retail position, and new audio.

Padawan LearnerI've made my custom version. Since I don't have a blu-ray burner (just a player on the PC), I went the TS/MKV route and I must say this is impressive. Everything is spot on and it's nice to have the original audio! Thank you for syncing this and sharing it with us.

Well, it took me a while (strangely, THE TERMINATOR is not yet available on blu in Australia so I had to import it) but I've now synced up DJ's mono track and the whole thing works great.
I wish they'd include these original uncompressed mono mixes by default. Breaks my heart when I hear half-arsed remixes on old faves like this and DIRTY HARRY.

Just wanted to say thanks for this.
I don't have a Blu Ray drive on my PC, so had to get the movie again from another source. Couldn't quite find a version which which is near enough BD quality but thought I'd test it anyway. Audio track syncs up well, with no issues. Sounds great! No more silencer gun sounds, just good old punchy mono!

Padawan LearnerSo, for those out there who don't have a blu-ray drive, I can confidently say that this laserdisc mono track can be just as easily integrated into the earlier DVD or even a rip from elsewhere ... mind you, it has to be the NTSC version to be natively muxed in, otherwise one would have to pitch it to PAL etc.
In my case, I went with an nicely encoded mp4 video file, which meant that I had to re-encode the (dual)-mono .wav into .aac (or can go with .mp3 etc). This had muxed in properly and perfectly sync's up without any modification. I also retained the existing 5.1 track so I could toss between the two for immediate comparison and gratification.
I haven't been through the entire movie yet, but I did notice a very brief silent glitch when Mr T-800 enters Tech Noir (before Mr Wonderful grabs his shoulder I think). But if you're not looking for this, which you are now, then you'll hardly notice it, which you will now.
I am ecstatic with this mono track. I was once an advocate for the earlier 5.1 remix when it came out because I could finally be "immersed" in surround so as to be more the participant than the viewer of this experience. However, when you swap between the two mixes on-the-fly, you immediately understand that the 5.1 remix just doesn't have any "viceral" impact and is rather tamed down with compression galore. This is maybe because I've only listened to it all on headphones instead of my home theatre amplifier, but I'll let you know how that one goes later.
Finally, it's obvious that there is a right way and a wrong way to master the audio from old movies, such as the disappointing one on Evil Dead II. However, the Looney Toons DVDs does provide a full-bodied and still a not-brittle aural experience that I could only wish was do-able with other films of this vintage and initial production values.
