Rapidshare still seems to be up and going strong; I really hope it doesn't go down soon. You could always just post these to torrents, like your SW V3 Trilogy; private trackers like MySpleen would probably appreciate them...

From what I've heard, Rapidshare is a pretty safe bet at this stage. Apparently they've already beaten two attempts by the US Copyright authority to have the site taken down. Then again, Megaupload actually complied fully with the DMCA rules (in as much as pulling down illegal content as soon as it was reported goes anyway) and that didn't exactly work out well for them, so who knows.

Could you add me to the list to be notified when this is up again?  I'd love to hear this film properly.

There's an official re-release with new transfer coming out in September. Might make this project moot.

           I would absolutley love to get hold of this audio track if at all possible. Been a fan of this movie for many years and am mortified with how they have butchered the original audio in the 5:1 remix.

Unfortunatley i am not a member at myspleen, so is there any other way i could possibly get hold of this audio, or be sent an invite to the tracker?

The forthcoming re-release of Terminator is the same old same old, this audio is fantastic I muxed it with my BR release and it kicks the arse of the mono DVD mix which I had already muxed in too (as the DVD from 2001 and the BR are the same master).

I don't think a true T1 release will come until two years, for the 20th anniversary.

It's just a repackage of the old BR with a new encode and the bonus of the 2001 DVD (or some of them) trown in.

If the remaster was a true remaster like Aliens was, we would have been told by now. It's coming out in a couple of weeks and no word from the Cameron camp. Trust me if Cameron did have remastered it, it would be all over the sites, months in advance.
