I may be wrong, but I think that if you get a return for insufficient postage, you can take the unopened package back to the P.O. and have them just add on the difference.

Another trick: If you ever get something not intended for you, you can simply put a "forward to" followed by the correct address on an unopened package and stick it back in the mail. They'll usually re-route it with no problem.

I had something delivered to me with insufficient postage. just paid the difference (was only like 2 cents)
