Another Mozfather LP Mashup. Leia rockin' the pinstripe...

"I've been dreaming of a time when the Rebels are sick to death of Vader and Tarkin, and spit upon the name of Emperor Palpatine"

^"Solo was the first of the gang with a gun in his hand and the first to do time..."

Great job on the pinstripes!

Han was always "The first of the gang with a gun in his hand", Greedo was only added as a bonus track on the Special Edition of the album. Others singles included...

'Coruscant Is Not The World'
'Jedi Blood, Rebel Heart'
'Let Me Sith You'

and my favourite 'You Know I Couldn't Bast'

Did more work on it than I planned, but I am proud of the results.

"The other versions will disappear. Even the 35 million tapes of Star Wars out there won't last more than 30 or 40 years. A hundred years from now, the only version of the movie that anyone will remember will be the DVD version [of the Special Edition], and you'll be able to project it on a 20' by 40' screen with perfect quality. I think it's the director's prerogative, not the studio's to go back and reinvent a movie." - George Lucas

^ Nice work!

For added authenticity you should have had Han holding an air pistol blaster by mistake...

Very nice!

But you can't slap the extended Quarry in with the infamous "Special Edition" tag, as the original tracks are presented as originally released. There's no Bores shooting first or Alain's spirit replaced with Jessie Tobias. Just the singles B-Sides added to the end (which really do improve the album!).

But, if there were a SE of Quarry, I'd guess it we'd get
'You NOOOOO I Couldn't Last'

I was joking. I bought the SE of Quarry with the 'Complete b-sides' disc, then he bloody well released another single immediately after making the bonus disc incomplete... argh damn you Morrissey! (Shakes fist).

He was on fire in 2004. The 12 b-sides were as good as the 12 album tracks, especially 'The Never-Played Symphonies'.

I like albums to be as originally intended (Same for films). To get the original first Smiths album on CD. I had to buy two versions from 2 different corners of the globe. One had the correct artwork and one had the correct tracklisting. I used the two to custum build my definative CD then put the spare cover/disc back onto Ebay ;-)

Ah, the life of a collector. I'd have to dig and count how many copies of the Smiths albums and singles I've got. Vinyl, Cassette, CD, original cover, alt. cover, re-issue, remaster, repackage with a tacky badge, ect. For a band that was only around for a blink, they sure left plenty of collectibles behind.

A last one for the week and it's one of my favourite LPs...

"Well it's 1 1 3 8, take the elevator, at Detention Block AA-23, I'll be glad to see you later, all they got inside is the Princess"

^ Good job and good choice.

From this thread I have learned that I know nothing about movies or music.

Your punishment is to listen to every album Edward Woodward ever made... ever.
