Are there any bootlegs of the Original versions of the Original Trilogy with the deleted scenes placed into the sequence of each film?  For example, is there a "Star Wars" bootleg with the Biggs/Windy scenes and the original Jabba scene (with the Human actor) IN the actual movie?  Or an "ESB" with the wappa scene, or a ROTJ with the Jerjerrod/Lightsaber construction scenes intact?

I doubt that there is, since I've never read about anything like them and I know a lot of these deleted scenes are either in terrible quality or aren't available, but why not ask anyway?
