Hi, first post. Been lurking a little while.

In a cool bit of TV, Harrison Ford was the guest on Conan O'Brien last night. Towards the end of the interview, Conan O'Brien said there was a question he always wanted to ask. "Do you remember making the Star Wars Holiday Special?" He also mentioned Lucas' effort to supress memory of the special.

Ford looked nervous about the whole thing (Looked like he was acting though). He said nervously, "No." Conan then asked if he'd remember if he showed a clip. Ford mentioned he'd never seen it. Conan then showed a humorous clip of Han Solo hugging the Wookies. Conan said he was through with his nonsense, and Ford said grumpily, "Yeah..." That didn't seem like acting.

This is probably the first network TV airing of the special (even if just a short clip) since the original broadcast. Thought it was pretty cool. Though they probably could have played more embarrassing parts if they didn't want to risk more personal injury from Harrison Ford.
